Led project team in implementation of web store applications for new and existing Partners, including integration with back end systems for payment & fulfillment processing as well as customer support integration. Worked with Partners to deliver enhanced functionality for web stores already in production. Led internal team to migrate an in-house marketing email campaign system to an external email service provider. Work involved development of a data model, migration of data, and incorporating daily operational feeds on web store customer activity.

Advised Xplor International on web tool user interfaces. Evaluated and recommended changes to web-based officer toolkit for web page generation. Prepared and presented a web site design seminar for the Xplor Leadership conference in Orlando, Florida.
